Act No. 2 Of 2024. The finance act sections 1 to 99 (page 1 to 54) amends income tax act, section 158 (page 68 to 69) amends prohibition of benami property. Further to the budget 2024 which was presented on 13 october 2023, the ministry of finance (“mof”) has released the finance (no.2) bill.
The income tax (amendment) bill 2024 (“ita amendment bill”) and labuan business activity tax (amendment) bill 2024 (“lbata amendment bill”) have been tabled for first reading on 25.
